- Heat in the microwave to relax or sooth sore and aching muscles (1 minute 600W or 30 seconds for 800W)
- Top tip: remove the outer cover bag before microwaving, only heat the inner bag
- Top tip: always place a cup of water in the microwave too, this prolongs the life of your eye pillow
- Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes+ to reduce swelling and relieve headaches.
