Free Online Meditations
Meditation and Sound Healing brings about a sense of ease and peace in your body and mind, leaving you relaxed yet refreshed and energised. It really is like magic for the soul.
Here at LoveReiki I hold regular meditation sessions and groups, in person and remotely via Zoom.
I have recorded some sample meditations for you to download and enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
- Do not listen to these sessions whilst driving, operating machinery
- Find a quiet space, free from distractions and interruptions
- Ensure you are in a safe space and settling down to meditate at a 'safe and appropriate time' to do so
- I recommend that you set an alarm, perhaps on your phone, maybe for an hour, just in case you drift into sleep
- Wear comfy clothes and warm socks
- Sit in a comfy chair or lie on the floor wrapped in a blanket
- Have an open heart and open mind
- Simply stream or download the attached MP3 files into your device
- Listen, breathe, relax, breathe, relax.........
- Feel entered, calm and relaxed
