What Is Hypno-Reiki?

Both Reiki and Hypnotherapy help you find true peace of mind and bring positivity to help you cope with life’s daily challenges.  I work to blend the power of Reiki with Hypnotherapy, to work at a deeper level and to achieve better results, faster.

This blended treatment involves being put under therapeutic hypnosis, where I will then perform Reiki healing.
  • Hypnotherapy involves me guiding you through a form of deep relaxation. Using the power of my voice and your breath, I gently lead you through a deep relaxation and encourage positive visualisations to help you overcome challenges and issues. Hypnotherapy also gets you 'ready to receive' reiki healing without resistance.  
  • Reiki energy is easily shared when you are relaxed, amplifying the healing process, relaxation and positivity.​  Reiki gently allows the body to let go of old emotions, tensions and unhelpful patterns. 

Combining these two therapies together brings powerful results as they encourage you to deal subconsciously with any underlying issues that were raised in our consultation,  and healing is further amplified with the wonderful flow of reiki energy. ​Together, both practices have longer-lasting effects and you get a deeper healing connection.
