Reiki healing is an Eastern form of healing using energy to balance and energise by working on physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person. The word 'Reiki' is derived from the Japanese words 'Rei' (pronounced ray) meaning universal and 'ki' meaning life energy. This universal energy flows through all living things and it is this energy that is channelled by a practitioner during a Reiki treatment encouraging flow through the body.

Students tend to feel this attunement quite touching and profound as the Reiki bond is strengthened. It can be an exciting step for personal self-development as well as being "the next step" with your healing journey.
