Through my own healing journey, along with the experience and knowledge I have gained, my passion for helping others has grown and I am very lucky to be able to help others on their own healing journey.
I believe that my role is also to light a spark within you, to help you find a way to heal yourself, because I truly believe that you have the skills and resources within you to do that, it's perhaps they are buried under the weight of 'coping' strategies and life's distractions. At some point the issues surface, and thats when you experience emotional distress. Together we can resolve the issues and build resilience, leaving you free to move forward with grace and dignity in a way that's more fulfilling for you. |

Change always happens on the inside, in the subconscious, and is fast and positive. It is not a cognitive process. It's about the way you feel. And feeling 'OK' is good enough, we aren't aiming for perfection, we are aiming to feel OK and for things to be good.
I use a unique combination of techniques, including Reiki, Hypnotherapy, EFT, EMDR and NLP to relax you and to negotiate with your subconscious, keeping it happy and removing the chance of resistance. The beauty of each of these therapies is that they can fluidly come together depending on how each client is feeling at every appointment. For example, after a consultation you may book in for a block of hypnotherapy sessions, but mid way through we may feel that reiki would be beneficial and so we add that into the therapeutic mix too. |
