In Person & Online Appointments

In person reiki, hypnotherapy and massage appointments are held in my healing hut, a warm and cosy shepherds hut in Lower Wield, Hampshire, which is conveniently located for Basingstoke, Alton and Alresford and surrounding areas. ​Hypnotherapy, meditation, spiritual readings and distance reiki can also be provided remotely via zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime.

 My therapy intentions are simple; to light a spark in you so that you believe you will get better, and so that you will feel stronger and more resilient.  All of the therapies I offer are designed to relax you and to provide healing on all levels - physically, emotionally and quite often spiritually. Reiki, the loving healing energy that flows through all living things, underpins everything that I do. 

A Tailored Therapy Approach

You are unique. And your issues are your own. No one therapy can offer an answer to all people and all issues. All of the therapies I offer, such as reiki and hypnotherapy, can be combined, adapted and tailored to suit your individual needs. A thorough consultation is always undertaken before we start, and a 'fluid' plan agreed, so that we can work together on whatever arises.

My healing therapy space is a calming and relaxing shepherds hut, based In the beautiful countryside of the Candover Valley, in Lower Wield, just a short drive from Basingstoke, Alton, Alresford and Winchester, and the surrounding areas.

If you are not in the local Basingstoke area I offer Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT Tapping online via zoom/google meet/facetime, I work with many people from across the globe, healing travels through space & time and has no bounds!

I did it! I went to the top floor of Westfield on the escalator and back down again. I even parked on the level that I dread. All the usual sensations in my body were gone. 20 years of fearing heights has gone after just 2 sessions. I am so happy, thank you.

Through hypnosis I actually discovered that my behaviour with food was emotional, going all the way back to when I was a child. Fiona was patient and kind, we worked through lots of relationship issues, building my confidence and self esteem along the way.  As part of the process I lost nearly 2 stone, I can fit into the jeans that I wanted to wear, I feel so much happier in myself, I feel like I have let go of so much emotional heaviness too.

It was a total pleasure to visit Fiona for a calming, healing, insightful Reiki session last Saturday.
