Deep Relaxation & Meditation Evenings Starting in March

Love Reiki are hosting regular deep relaxation and meditation evenings where you can switch off, put life on hold and enjoy some important 'you time'. 

Sessions will be held in our healing room In Farleigh Wallop near Basingstoke on the first Monday evening of the month (8pm to 9.30pm). Extra sessions will be hosted if wanted.  Places are limited to 6 per session, you will need to book in advance and pay £8 on the night.

Meditation brings about a sense of ease and peace in your body and mind, leaving you relaxed yet refreshed and energised. It really is like magic for the soul. Using a range of meditation and sound therapy techniques - Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, guided visualisations - you will be guided through the evening, relaxing in a quiet, tranquil and safe place, where you can quieten the mind, let things go and connect with your inner self.
