Whats the right frequency and number of reiki sessions for you
One question I regularly get asked is how many Reiki sessions you might need. This is almost like asking how long is a piece of string!
The number of Reiki sessions that you may need can vary depending on your individual circumstances and goals for treatment. Some people may find that they only need a single session to feel the benefits of Reiki, while others may need several sessions to see improvement. In general, the number of sessions that you may need can depend on factors such as the severity of your symptoms, your overall state of health and well-being, and your ability to relax and receive the treatment.
It is generally recommended to start with a single Reiki session to see how you respond to the treatment. From there, we can discuss whether additional sessions may be beneficial and, if so, how many and how frequently they should be scheduled. It is also important to remember that Reiki is a complementary treatment, and it is typically most effective when used in conjunction with other self-care practices such as a healthy diet, regular exercise, a good sleep routine and stress management techniques.
