How Sound Therapy is Bringing Inner Peace

​For some the sound and vibrations from gongs are a bit too deep or heavy as a healing therapy. I personally find Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks are a lot gentler, especially one a 1-2-1 basis.

In the new year I will be launching Tibetan sound massage therapy sessions, a perfect accompaniment to reiki or wonderful on its own, really does induce a state of calm gentle healing and energy clearing.
