I am pleased to announce that I am a Mindful Menopause Certified Practitioner. From menopause planning (yes its a thing!), to dealing with both the physical and emotional impacts of the menopause, I am here to support you through what can seem a daunting and troubling transition that all women go through. And I want you to know, it doesn't have to be that way.
Delivered with compassion and empathy, I have a mountain of advice, holistic therapies (reiki, relaxation, breathwork, NLP, tapping, hypnotherapy) and self care tools to to help you through this time of change.
Whether it's hot flushes getting you down, aching joints causing you pain, lack of sleep or increased anxiety, there really is a wealth of support available to help you from the peri-menopause stage through to post menopause.
